“Bird sanctuary” route - from Monestié to Moissac
This is the ride for a relaxing morning or afternoon. This course can also be considered on a lazy day with a break on the site of the departmental leisure center in Saint-Nicolas de la Graves. You will embark on the site of an old gravel pit. Distance: 9 kms Departure: 11 am or 2 pm Package 10 € for children aged 7 to 11 in a 3-seater canoe with 2 adults
“Confluence” route - from Saint-Aignan to Moissac
We advise you to consider this route for the day with a picnic break. You will descend the last rapids of the Garonne before exploring the entire body of water at the confluence. You will embark at the foot of the Saint-Aignan bridge. Distance: 14 kms Departure: 10 am or 11 am Package 10 € for children aged 7 to 11 in a 3-seater canoe with 2 adults
“Heritage” route - from the abbey of Belleperche to Moissac
This route is carried out for the day exclusively (This can however be considered as a mini-hike over 1 1/2 days with departure at the end of the afternoon). Half composed of white water, it is aimed at experienced people in good physical condition! You will embark at the foot of the Abbey of Belleperche. Distance: 20 kms Departure: 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. € 10 package for children aged 7 to 11 in a 3-seater canoe with 2 adults

Criteria for participation
- 7 years and over
- Know how to swim 25m and immerse yourself
Remarks
For safety reasons, it is compulsory for all our participants to know how to swim 25 m and to submerge themselves. Our safety vests are a buoyancy aid, you must be in physical and mental capacity to extract yourself from any unforeseen situation (desalination)
